Natural or blanched, our almonds are roasted in our cutting-edge equipment and under the continuous control of specialized operators. Once toasted, almonds are carefully selected with a laser sorter and by hand, in order to guarantee the highest quality. Different qualities of almonds, calibers and roasting degrees are available to meet the specific requirements of each customer. Also available in the organic version.

Natural or peeled, the chopped almonds are ideal to be used as decoration or garnish in ice-creams, biscuits, yoghurt and chocolate applications. Through a manufacturing process based on the most modern technologies, we are able to offer a high quality product, both in terms of organoleptic aspects and conservation. Available in different calibers (from flour to bigger calibers) to fulfill all the requests and different kind of applications. Available also organic.

Based on our over twenty years of experience in hazelnut paste production, we have developed new pastes such as the almond one. Produced from natural or blanched almonds, the almond paste is customizable according to specific needs of the customers and purposes of applications (spreadable creams, drinks, wafers, biscuits, packed sweets snacks, ice-creams, etc.). The almond paste is also the perfect ingredient for milk or plant based beverages. It is available also as organic.
